Be sure to complete the “essay” portion of the form. Entries are judged on creativity/originality/uniqueness of the essay – 50%, humorous/emotional reaction – 25% and enthusiasm for travel – 25%. The essay is limited to 140 characters, so you’ve got to fit a lot into a limited amount of words.
