Save 10% on Your Cell Phone Bill with This Amex Offer
|This Amex Offer is available on a wide variety of American Express cards, so it’s likely most Amex cardholders will be able to take advantage of this deal.
Of course, as with any Amex Offer, check your American Express account(s) for your availability.
And be sure to read the fine print to ensure your situation meets all requirements.
10% Back on Your Cell Phone Bill
Get 10% back when you use your enrolled Amex card to pay your cell phone bill online directly with a U.S. based wireless telephone provider.
Offer is limited to a total of $10 in statement credits, so for some that will be 10% back on one wireless bill. For others, though, it could be a 10% savings on a few cell phone bills.
This Amex Offer expires 12/31/2019.
Terms to Keep in Mind
Offer is valid for payments for wireless telephone service charges made directly with U.S. wireless telephone service providers via online, mobile app or by phone.
Purchases made with third parties, authorized retailers or resellers are excluded.
Excludes purchases for VoIP, hardware, equipment and bundled home/cable services.
So, the credit is for wireless service only, no equipment purchases.
Bill payments to providers such as Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T and Sprint will, obviously, receive the 10% back deal.
What’s not clear, however, is if Mobile Virtual Network Operators – companies that purchase network access from Verizon, AT&T, etc. and resell that wireless service at a discounted rate – will trigger this credit.
If anyone gives it a try, let us know in the comment section below.

The links above are my referral links. I get a points bonus for each approved application. Right now the sign-up bonuses listed above are better than the public offers on the American Express site. That may change depending on when you read this post. Be sure to compare sign-up bonuses prior to applying to ensure you’re getting the best bonus possible.
