As with most Amex Offers, there’s always fine print to wade through.  Although, it’s usually not too restrictive.

This deal gives you 10% back as a statement credit each time you use your enrolled American Express card to pay your cell phone bill online directly with a U.S. based wireless telephone provider.

The Offer ends 8/31/18, and is limited to $20 in total credits.

Interestingly, unlike in the past, the major wireless carriers are not mentioned by name in the fine print, which means U.S. based wireless carriers other than the big names (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) may also trigger the 10% statement credit.

Which is good news considering wireless service providers outside of the major players are where you can really save on your wireless bills.  This 10% back deal would be gravy on top of your already reduced wireless bills.
