Free Starbucks and Two Grocery Deals That’ll Save Some Money

Here are three deals that have made their appearance over the past couple days. They won’t be of interest – or available – to all, but are decent deals for those who frequent Starbucks, or do their grocery shopping at Whole Foods or Walmart.

Starbucks

Starbucks and Visa Checkout have teamed once again to offer the buy one $10+ Starbucks eGift card online with Visa Checkout and get $10. The extra $10 is added to the eGift card balance.

Depending on your drink preferences, you’re effectively getting at least a few Starbucks drinks free.

This deal is valid from 8/14/17 through 9/30/17.

The Starbucks/Visa Checkout deals have a limited number of bonuses to give away…225,000 in this case…and once those are grabbed up, no matter the date, the deal’s done.

There’s also a limit of one bonus per Visa Checkout account during the promotion period.

Visit Give more with Visa Checkout to purchase the deal.

And, be sure to use your Chase Freedom card (via Visa Checkout) to purchase and get 5x Ultimate Rewards points on the purchase.

Read the full Terms and Conditions of the deal here.

Because of the limited number of bonuses available, it’s probably better to act sooner rather than later if you want a free $10 via this Starbucks and Visa Checkout deal.

Whole Foods

Hyatt credit card holders are being offered a Whole Foods Market savings deal.

When you spend $50 or more in a single purchase at Whole Foods using your registered Hyatt credit card, you’ll receive a $20 statement credit.

There is a one redemption per card limit, and the deal ends September 25, 2017.

You should have the offer email in your inbox. If not, you can use this link, which requires inputting your Hyatt card number and cell phone number, to register.

Not a bad deal if you shop at Whole Foods. I probably wouldn’t go out of my way if I wasn’t already a Whole Foods shopper, though.

Walmart Online Grocery

A recently added Amex Offer provides a $20 statement credit when the enrolled American Express card is used to spend $100+ in one or more transactions at grocery.walmart.com.

If you’re not familiar, this is Walmart’s online grocery ordering service, where you order your groceries via the web and pick them up from your local Walmart. Obviously, not all Walmart’s participate, so be sure to check availability in your area.  You can do so here.

Like the other deals I’ve listed, you’re limited to one statement credit, and the deal ends 9/30/17.

A 20% savings is pretty good, so if you’re a Walmart shopper, and especially if your preferred Walmart participates in this online grocery shopping service, check your Amex Offers for this deal.
