How Did Your DirecTV Retention Call Go?

Final Update: I attempted to chat with DirecTV on 7 /7/24 in the afternoon. I gave my ultimatum allowable discount of $95 a month to accommodate competitive pricing for YouTubeTV, and factoring in 1 months' worth of YouTubeTV subscription for my troubles. The most they would offer is $70 a month. So I said, thank you and will be keeping the 7/10/24 termination date. They owe me $80 now, as there is a balance (I never paid late and always paid over the amount with online banking weekly autopay). 20+ year subscriber, all to end due to their inability to compete with streaming. Sucks for them and this is truly a sign of the times. I'm perfectly fine with YouTubeTV and don't see things ending well for directv in the long run.
