I tried to order a sub thru your app but received a message that the app was being refined and was told to try later. I showed this on my phone to the girl at Jersey Mile’s Alamo Ranch in San Antonio TX and she said she couldn’t give me the $2 off even though I showed my phone to her. I love your subs and have ordered many times, but will no longer order because of the way I was treated even though I showed her the message. I was a loyal Jersey Mike’s fan until today.

That said, you might want to contact Jersey Mike’s itself with your concern. Here’s the link to the Customer Support page for Jersey Mike’s where you can send an online contact. I would think not being able to use the app for an app-only promotion should get you something! It’s worth a try.
