30% Cash Back at Best Buy and Walmart (Toys) with Samsung Pay
These are some pretty outstanding cash back offers for two major retailers, Best Buy and Walmart.
The downside to this deal?
Only those who have a Samsung smartphone on which Samsung Pay is loaded can take advantage.
And, you have to act fast – both cash back deals are scheduled to end 11/21/18.

All you have to do is activate the pre-installed Samsung Pay app or download it from Google Play. Then sign-in, or set up, your Samsung account.
Any credit card – and loyalty cards for that matter – can be loaded to Samsung Pay and used to pay for purchases at most retailers with a chip reading credit card machine. Simply open the Samsung Pay app, select your preferred, pre-loaded credit card and hold your smartphone over the credit card reader terminal for a second or two until the transaction is completed. For online purchases, you can use Visa Checkout through Samsung Pay to make your purchase.
Samsung Pay also offers cash back opportunities that can be taken advantage of simply by clicking on the cash back icon/link associated with the retailer whose deal you want to use.
Then, it works like any other cash back portal. When you click through the Samsung Pay app cash back offer, your transaction is registered and the associated cashback is calculated.
To earn cash back, the purchase must be completed on your phone in Samsung Pay.
Samsung Pay cash back is earned in the form of a Samsung Rewards card (virtual Visa gift card) and can be redeemed anywhere Samsung Pay is accepted…which is pretty much anyplace.
Note: To avoid deal scamming, cash back rewards will not be received until the merchant’s required return period has passed.

This deal ends 11/21/18!

Get 30% cash back on Bestbuy.com purchases up to $100 cash back.
A $333 purchase would maximize, percentage-wise, this deal. Of course, 30% off whatever purchase you need to make is a good deal.
Click through the Samsung Pay app to earn the cash back. Select the Best Buy icon in the cash back portion of Samsung Pay and then select Earn Cash Back.
You’ll be taken to the Best Buy site where you can make your purchase.
Cash Back is calculated on pre-tax purchase amount.
The fine print is the wildcard on this deal. It’s not explicitly clear, however, any item that’s on sale appears to be excluded from earning the 30% cash back.
See the wiki for all items that are not noted in the fine print but through purchase attempts have NOT earned the cash back.
A few include: Gift cards, tablets, Apple iPhones and watches. Computers seem to be excluded too.
You should see your cash back registered within 24 hours of purchase.
Cash back would not be paid until Best Buy’s 45 day return period has completed.
You can stack the Best Buy Amex Offer – Spend $300 or More and Get $30 Back – with this cash back deal to “make” even more on your Best Buy purchase.

Walmart (toys) Samsung Pay 30% Cash Back Deal
This Deal ends 11/21/18!
Earn 30% cash back on Walmart.com toy purchases up to $100 cash back.
As with the Best Buy deal, a purchase of $333 of toys would max out the cash back earning.
Process for earning cash back is the same as the Best Buy deal.
Click through the Samsung Pay app.
Under Cash Back Award, select the Walmart icon.
Then select Earn Cash Back at Walmart.
You’ll be taken to the Walmart site where you can make your purchases.
Purchases must be made through the Samsung Pay app on your Samsung device.
There appear to be other, lower, Samsung Pay cash back offers for purchases at Walmart.com. A few include: 15% back on clothing, 15% back on patio and garden, 12% back on sports and outdoors and 12% back on automotive parts and accessories. If you have a Samsung device that supports Samsung Pay and you were planning on making purchases at Best Buy or Walmart this holiday season, this is a really nice cash back opportunity.
Of course, with any of these types of deals there are caveats to watch out for. And sometimes an unknown “restriction” will derail the cash back you thought you earned.
