Visa Offers – Another Opportunity to Save

Recently I wrote about the American Express Amex Offers program which provides to holders of an eligible American Express card savings opportunities on purchases made with a variety of retail, dining and travel partners.

As it turns out, Visa has its own savings program as well called Visa Offers + Perks.

While not tailored to your specific spending habits – as some Amex Offers are – Visa Offers does provide a variety of deals on travel, food and wine, dining, shopping, sports, entertainment and more.

Visa Offers are not quite as easy as Amex Offers to use, either. Depending on the deal, you may have to register the Visa credit card you will be using, or you may be given a code to use during checkout in order to receive the offer. No matter, there’re still savings to be had.

Here are a few of the current offerings from the program.

Travel

• Save up to 25% at Avis
• 2 for 1 Grand Canyon South Rim Bus Tour

  

• Stay 3 nights and pay for only 2 at the Park Hyatt New York (Visa Signature cards only)

Shopping

• Get a $10 Regal Entertainment Group eGift card when you spend $20
• Save $10 on purchases of $50 or more at GNC
• $20 off $100 or more plus free shipping at eBags

Food and Wine

• Save 25% at papajohns.com
• 15% off on a purchase of $59 or more at Harry & David
• $5 off a $25 online order at pizzahut.com

Visa credit cards have a wide distribution, so it’s likely you have at least one Visa in your credit card arsenal. And if you’re into the Miles and Points game, you likely have more than that.

So take a few minutes to look through the Visa Offers, you never know what savings opportunities might be awaiting you.
