United and American Airlines are Offering Bonus Miles with the Latest Shopping Portal Promotion

Both United and American Airlines are offering bonus miles – likely 500 – when you use their shopping portals with this lates promotion.

Dubbed the “Mystery Bonus,” you click the promo to see what your shopping portal bonus is…although it seems they’re all 500 miles. Let us know if you get something different.

United Airlines MileagePlus Shopping Portal

Promo runs 4/12/2021 through 4/21/2021.

Earn a one-time bonus of 500 MileagePlus miles when you spend $65 or more via the MileagePlus shopping portal.

Spend requirement is based on cumulative purchases made during the promotion period. So, you don’t have to spend $65 at one retailer at one time. Multiple purchases at different retailers will count toward the spend requirement.

And, United’s shopping portal is the only one that provides in-store offers that will count toward the minimum spend amount.

Be aware, the total spend amount does not include shipping, handling and taxes. Also, there are a few other restrictions of which to be aware…they can be found in the fine print at the bottom of the shopping portal page.

American AAdvantage eShopping Portal

Promo runs 4/12/2021 through 4/17/2021.

Earn a one-time bonus of 500 AAdvantage miles when you spend at least $125 or more via the AAdvantage shopping portal.

As with the United promo, the spend requirement is based on cumulative purchases made via the promo period.

And, again, be aware, the total spend amount does not include shipping, handling and taxes. Check the fine print for a few other restrictions as well…they can be found at the bottom of the shopping portal page.
