The Offer
Add the 2 Membership Rewards points to the 1 you’d normally receive and you’ll enjoy 3 Membership Rewards points per dollar spent on Amazon purchases. Not a bad earn rate, that’s for sure.
Enrollment for this Amex Offer opened today, July 17, 2018, and IS LIMITED. Which means, once a certain number of people have added the Amazon Amex Offer to their American Express card, the Offer will be removed from other’s accounts.
What that “certain number” is, is unknown, so check your Amex Offers NOW, and add it to your account NOW if you’re interested in this increased earning rate on Amazon purchases.
While this Offer was obviously released to coincide with Amazon Prime Day, it doesn’t have to be used during that period.
In fact, the increased earning rate is good for Amazon purchases made through 8/28/18.
