Save up to $50 with This Hyatt Credit Card Promotion

Holders of the Hyatt Credit Card or the World of Hyatt Credit Card can receive a $25 statement credit in November and December simply by registering for this Chase promotion and meeting the minimum spend amounts in the required categories.

Hyatt Credit Cards Promotion

Both the old, Hyatt Credit Card and the new, World of Hyatt Credit Card are eligible for this holiday promotion.

The promotion offers a $25 statement credit in both November and December when $500 or more in combined purchases is spent in the following categories:

  • Internet, Cable and Phone Services
  • Shipping
  • Grocery Stores
  • Movie Theaters

For example, spend $500 in November on grocery store purchases and get a $25 statement credit.

Then, spend another $500 in December on combined purchases on shipping charges, at the grocery store, and seeing a movie just to alleviate the stress of the season, and receive an additional $25 statement credit.

Effectively, you’re getting 5% cash back when you spend the required amount in the designated categories.

You must register your Hyatt credit card by November 30, 2018, to be eligible for the statement credits.

You can register via the emails Hyatt cardholders are being sent, or via the link below.

You’ll need your World of Hyatt membership number and your Hyatt credit card number to register.

Need a World of Hyatt Credit Card?

It seems Chase and Hyatt offer similar promotions to this a few times each year.

And, of course, if you’re a regular reader, you know how much I love Hyatt hotels and its loyalty program, World of Hyatt.

So, if you don’t already have a Chase World of Hyatt Credit Card, you just might want to apply so you can take advantage of promotions like this while earning valuable World of Hyatt points.

I can’t guarantee this promotion will be available to you if you apply for the World of Hyatt Credit Card now, but the chances are good that it will be.

Which means not only will you be spending toward your sign-up bonus, but you’ll be earning statement credits to boot.  Not a bad deal in my book.

Below you’ll find the basic info and application link for the World of Hyatt Credit Card.  We may receive a referral bonus of points for approved applications that use our link.  You don’t have to use that link to apply, but we appreciate when you do.

  • Ongoing earning: 4 Hyatt points per dollar spent on Hyatt stays, 2 points per dollar on restaurants, local transit, flights purchased directly from an airline, and on fitness club/gym memberships and 1 point everywhere else.

Wrap Up

This is a fairly easy way to grab some free money if you’re a Hyatt credit card holder.  All the while, adding points to your World of Hyatt account.

The designated spend categories should allow most cardholders an easy path to hit the $500 spend requirement in November and December.

If you’re thinking you might not be able to hit that spend requirement, keep in mind many grocery stores sell a wide variety of gift cards.  Gift cards can be used as holiday gifts, or for yourself to retailers you will be purchasing from anyway in the coming weeks or months.  A few “for yourself” gift card suggestions might include, Amazon, Shell gas stations, Target, Netflix, any restaurant you visit regularly, and the like.
