If you have upcoming travel plans to a Hyatt hotel or resort, check your American Express account for this Amex Offer.

This is a somewhat surprising Offer considering American Express has co-branded credit card deals with Marriott and Hilton, as well as being a Membership Rewards transfer partner for both. I’ve never seen a Hyatt Amex Offer before…at least that I can recall.

No matter, it’s available now to select Amex cardholders to add and use.

Specifically, once added to your Amex card, you’ll get a one-time $50 statement credit when you spend $250 in one or more transactions on room rate and room charges at Hyatt hotels and resorts.

The Offer is good through 12/20/2020.

This is a decent savings deal for my favorite hotel brand.

Of course, if you have a stash of Chase Ultimate Rewards points and a card that allows points transfers to travel partners (Hyatt being one) you could stay for free. But that’s a whole different discussion.
