Refunds are typically processed within a week of Amazon receiving the returned item, with the funds being returned to the original form of payment.

It’s important to note that while Amazon strives to make returns easy and convenient, there are exceptions to the policy, such as non-returnable items like pet food, grocery products, and downloadable software. Additionally, customers may be subject to restocking fees for certain items that are returned in poor condition.
