I do not Plan to watch T.V on my Cellphone or my Computer. You Offer free Previews but I can not Get any Preview any more and if I cant Record the Programs My Satellite will only let me record less than Half of the On Demand Programs. So for some reason I can Only Stream Very Few Programs. Why Can’t You Make this More User Friendly for us that do not want to have to watch over our cell phones. I think you want to Push Customers into Smart Phone By Making it Difficult to just watch T.V. unless We Conform to a Smart Phone ! ! ! ! !

Thanks for your comment. Savings Beagle is not affiliated with DirecTV in any way. I would encourage you to contact DirecTV via phone…or better yet, letter, with your concerns. We wrote up a post a while back titled “What to Do When DirecTV or Any Major Company Isn’t Addressing Your Concern.” While the article doesn’t fit your situation/concern exactly, the first point of the post may at least provide an avenue for your concern to be really heard.
