Chase Offers – November 2017
In a recent post, “Chase Jumps into the “Offers” Game,” we detailed how Chase recently began offering savings deals similar to American Express’s Amex Offers and provided information on how to sign up so that you, too, can take advantage.
If you read the post, you know there is one downside…Chase is only making the savings Offers available to those who hold the Chase Marriott Rewards credit card.
Hopefully, that will change in the future, and Chase will make its Offers available on all Chase credit cards. Until then, unless you have a Chase Marriott Rewards card in your credit card arsenal…or are interested in applying for one…you probably don’t need to read further.
Below are a few Chase Offers that may be available on your account. Remember, you must register your Marriott Rewards card to be able to access the Offers. Information on how to do that can be found in our “Chase Jumps into the “Offers” Game” post.
Some Offers may be targeted, so be sure to check your account for specific Offer availability.
And, remember, you must activate the Offers online before purchases are made and you must use the registered Chase Marriott Visa card to pay. Offers, whether as a percentage of total purchase or a fixed dollar amount, will appear as a statement credit on your registered Marriott Rewards card account.
Chase Offers
Nordstrom – 20% back (up to a $30 value) on your next purchase
Available for online and in-store purchases. Not valid at Nordstrom Rack, nordstromrack.com or hautelook.com. Offer available until 12/15/17.
Lowe’s – $10 back on your in-store purchase of $50 or more
This Offer is valid for in-store purchases only. It is not valid on gift card purchases. Offer available until 12/15/17.
Neiman Marcus – 10% back (up to a $30 value) on your next purchase
This Offer is valid for an in-store or online purchase. Not valid on gift card purchases. Not valid at Neiman Marcus Last Call or lastcall.com. Offer available until 12/15/17.
Gap – $10 back on your in-store purchase of $50 or more
This Offer is valid for in-store purchases only and is good at Gap & Gap Factory Stores. Offer available until 12/31/17.
Home Chef – 10% back (up to $50) for new Home Chef subscribers
Home Chef is a recurring billing subscription service. The Offer is a one-time statement credit based on the subscription plan chosen. It is not valid on kitchenware purchases. Offer available until 12/15/17.
Texas Roadhouse – 10% back (up to $25) on your next purchase
Offer valid for in-store (restaurant) or online purchases. With no gift card exclusion language, you may be able to grab a statement credit for purchasing a Texas Roadhouse gift card at texasroadhouse.com. Currently, Texas Roadhouse is offering a $5 bonus e-gift card for every $30 in gift cards you purchase. Five dollar bonus e-gift cards and 10% back on your total order…not a bad deal if you’re a fan of Texas Roadhouse. Offer available until 12/15/17.
Staples – 10% back (up to $20) on your next purchase
Offer is valid for in-store or online purchases. Not valid on gift card purchases. Offer available until 12/15/17.
eBags – $20 back on your online purchase of $100 or more
Offer valid for purchases made at ebags.com only. Offer available until 12/31/17.
Olive Garden – 10% back (up to $25) on your next purchase
Offer valid for in-store (restaurant) or online purchases. Like the Texas Roadhouse Offer, there is no gift card exclusion language, so this may be good on gift card purchases as well as online ordering. Offer available until 12/15/17.
These are just a few of the Chase Offers currently available. Since the Chase Offers program is likely location dependent, you may have other Offers waiting for you. Check your account to see, and be sure to read the fine print of any Offer you’re interested in to ensure you’re complying with its specific restrictions (if any).
It’s great to see Chase getting into the Offers game. Credit cards aren’t just a payment tool, they’re a way to save money if you’re savvy about their use. With these Offers, we have one more way to make those credit cards work for us.
