American Express has released a new round of Amex Offers and a few are decent money-savers for your pets…and you.
Remember, many Amex Offers are targeted, so you may, or may not, have these specific Offers on your Amex account(s). Although, these pet-related Offers seem to be widely available.
Log in to your American Express account to see if these Offers are available to you.
Amex Offers for Your Pets
Petco – Spend $60 or more and get $12 back
Get a one-time $12 statement credit when you use your enrolled American Express card to spend $60 or more in one or more transactions in-store at Petco or online at petco.com.
Exclusions include: PetCoach by Petco mobile app, physical gift cards purchased online and electronic gift cards, authorized resellers, direct donations to the Petco Foundation, pet walking/pet sitting by Wag!, Live Aquaria, Petco Now – Instacart, Shipt, Thrive Affordable Vet Care, The Pet Vet and any other third-party veterinary partners and Pupbox.com.
Bottom line, walk into a Petco store – or place an order on Petco’s website – and buy normal pet related products (food, treats, toys, medicine, etc.) and you’ll save when you spend $60 or more.
Which, most pet parents know, is fairly easy to do on a monthly basis.
Considering the $12 statement credit is triggered by one or more purchases prior to the Offer’s end date, this is an easy $12 to save.

Rover.com – Spend $50 or more and get $10 back
We see this Rover.com Amex Offer fairly regularly. The only changes seem to be the amounts of the spend and statement credits.
This Offer provides a one-time $10 statement credit when you use your enrolled Amex card to spend $50 or more in one or more transactions online at rover.com.
If you’re not familiar, Rover.com is an online aggregator of individuals who perform various dog-related services. You can search by zip code/address for people who walk, board, have doggie daycares, perform drop-ins, as well as house sit for your pooch. Rover performs background checks and offers insurance on services booked on the site.
If you already have a preferred sitter listed on Rover, all you have to do is book and pay via Rover.com and you’ll get the statement credit when the minimum spend is met.
If you haven’t used the site before, give it, and its listed sitters, a look, you just might find someone who’ll make your pet’s time away from you enjoyable.

BarkBox.com – Spend $25 or more and get $5 back (up to 3 times)
Get a $5 statement credit by using your enrolled Amex card to spend $25 or more in one or more transactions online at barkbox.com/amex.
There is a limit of 3 statement credits (total of $15) associated with this Offer.
I’m not personally familiar with Bark Box, but it does look kind of fun…for you and your pet.
It’s a subscription service that sends a monthly BarkBox which includes 2 innovative toys, 2 all-natural bags of treats and a chew. Each month has a unique themed collection to surprise you and your pet.
Likely a few months of BarkBox for your pet would be enough.
Coincidentally, that’s exactly the savings this Amex Offer provides – 3-$5 statement credits.
