CBS All Access Free for One Month – March 2020

This March 2020 deal offers CBS.com’s CBS All Access free for one month.

Update 4/25/20April promo codes seem to be working – check out our Discussion Board post here for updated codes.

This works well for cord-cutters and especially the many of us who’re spending more time at home than we really want.

CBS All Access has some original programming such as Star Trek: Picard, Star Trek: Discovery, The Twilight Zone, The Good Fight, Interrogation and more, that adds significant value to your free subscription.

CBS All Access Free March 2020

New subscribers can get the 30-day free trial by applying the promo code: GIFT at checkout on the CBS All Access site.

Promo code CATCHUP seems to work as well if GIFT doesn’t.

Returning subscribers should also be able to receive one free month of CBS All Access by applying the promo code(s) listed above at checkout on the CBS All Access site.

Typically, new subscribers will receive 7-days of CBS All Access free – this promo adds three additional weeks to that.

Not a bad deal.

Interestingly, we’ve seen promo codes the last few months that have provided free 30-day trials for new and existing CBS All Access subscribers.

So, as long as the promo codes work for you, there’s no reason to actually pay for CBS All Access.

I’m sure that will end at some point, though. But not yet.

CBS All Access

CBS All Access offers streaming of your local live broadcast, as well as access to 10,000 episodes of CBS shows on-demand any time you want to watch.

There are two subscription plans from which to pick.

  • Limited Commercial Plan – Watch CBS All Access on-demand shows with limited commercial interruptions for $5.99 per month, plus any applicable state taxes.
  • Commercial Free Plan – Enjoy premium viewing of CBS All Access on-demand shows, free from commercial interruption (live TV, obviously, includes commercials) for only $9.99 per month, plus any applicable taxes.

It appears you can select either plan for your free 30-day trial. Once the trial period ends, you’ll be charged the monthly price listed above for the plan you’ve selected.

Although, as long as they keep offering 30-day free promo codes that work for new and existing/returning subscribers, why worry about paying.

You will still need to cancel to keep your payment method from being charged, though.

You can cancel anytime during the 30-day trial to avoid being charged once the trial ends. I’d screenshot your cancellation request just in case something goes wrong with your request.

Wrap Up

Obviously, CBS is trying to attract viewers who don’t access CBS programming through cable or satellite to its streaming service.

And to try and get subscribers hooked on the streaming-only shows offered on CBS All Access.

A 30-day free trial is a pretty good deal for those who’re interested in the various programming.

And, we’ve seen for the past few months, that future promo codes have allowed current/returning All Access subscribers to renew their subscriptions for free.

Not sure how much longer that will happen, but if you like CBS All Access, keep checking for updated promo codes to continue watching for free.
