CBS All Access 1-Month Free Trial Offer

Update: CBS All Access continues to offer promo codes for free monthly access – check out our Discussion Board post here for updated codes.

This deal is a bit old, but it appears you can still enjoy a full month of CBS All Access absolutely free with this promotion.

This works well for cord-cutters and those who stream their entertainment who want to catch some NFL and college football, as well as the start of the fall CBS season for free.

To get the 30-day free trial, apply the promo code: SUMMER30 at checkout on the CBS All Access site.

Typically, new subscribers will receive 7-days of CBS All Access free – this promo adds three additional weeks to that.

Not a bad deal.

CBS All Access

CBS All Access offers streaming of your local live broadcast – including NFL on CBS – as well as access to 10,000 episodes of CBS shows on-demand any time you want to watch.

There are two subscription plans from which to pick.

  • Limited Commercial Plan – Watch CBS All Access on-demand shows with limited commercial interruptions for $5.99 per month, plus any applicable state taxes.
  • Commercial Free Plan – Enjoy premium viewing of CBS All Access on-demand shows, free from commercial interruption (live TV, obviously, includes commercials) for only $9.99 per month, plus any applicable taxes.

It appears you can select either plan for your free 30-day trial. Once the trial period ends, you’ll be charged the monthly price listed above for the plan you’ve selected.

You can cancel anytime during the 30-day trial to avoid being charged once the trial ends. I’d screenshot your cancellation request just in case something goes wrong with your request.

There have also been reports that the 30-day free trial will work for reactivating old CBS All Access accounts.

CBS All Access Amex Offer

Earlier this month we wrote about a CBS All Access Amex Offer that will save subscribers $5 off a $9 or more subscription up to two $5 statement credits.

You should be able to take advantage of this Amex Offer for at least one month if you decide to keep CBS All Access after the 30-day promo ends.

Wrap Up

Obviously, CBS is trying to attract viewers who don’t access CBS programming through cable or satellite to its streaming service.

A 30-day free trial is a pretty good deal for those who’re interested in CBS programming…especially as the football season begins in earnest.

As an added bonus for those who enjoy the CBS All Access service – and who have an American Express card with the CBS All Access Amex Offer attached – you can save on a month or two of the paid Commercial Free Plan.

Just remember, if you don’t want to continue CBS All Access after the free trial period, cancellations can be done anytime during the initial 30-days.
