Although, that’s not confirmed, and the retailers that are offering 15% cash back may change from day to day during the week.

By clicking through the Rakuten site or browser extension link first, your purchases will be registered with Rakuten, and the appropriate cash back/points based on the amount spent will be credited to your Rakuten account.
It may take a week or so for the credited amount to appear in your account. And payments are made quarterly, so any cash back/points accrued during the current quarter will be held until payment is disbursed at Rakuten’s pre-determined payment times.
