Verizon Wireless Prepaid Deal – $60 Off When You Port in to a $50 or Higher Plan
|Verizon Wireless Prepaid is offering a $60 service credit deal for customers who port in a new phone activation on a $50 or higher plan for 2 months.
If you have a Verizon Wireless compatible cell phone on another wireless provider, you’ll simply choose the plan you want, porting your cell phone number over to Verizon’s Prepaid service and get a $60 service credit after you pay your second month’s bill.
Or you can port your number to a phone you purchase from Verizon’s Prepaid options.
If you’re on a $50 (plus tax and fees) Prepaid plan, that’s like getting three months for the price of two.
Not a bad deal.

Wrap Up
A $60 service credit will be applied after the first 2 months of service when a customer ports in to a $50 or higher Verizon Prepaid plan.
I’ve had Verizon Prepaid service a few times over the past decade, and saw little difference between it and the Postpaid service I’ve also utilized.
There are some perks that are not available on the Prepaid plans that you get with Postpaid, and at extremely busy/congested times, service (voice and data) may be deprioritized so that Postpaid is first to go. I never experienced that, myself, but have heard others mention the possibility.
Still, Prepaid is a good option if saving a bit on your wireless service is of interest, and you don’t want to completely jump the Verizon ship for one of the many Verizon MVNOs.
And with this $60 service credit deal, the savings you’ll enjoy are even more than just a lower monthly payment.
Does this deal make you consider moving over to Verizon Prepaid?
