If you’re a Miles and Points hobbyist who has even the smallest stash of United MileagePlus miles, or the transferable Chase Ultimate Rewards points, this may be a deal to give a look.

United Airlines is offering award redemptions from various U.S. cities to London for only 22,000 MileagePlus miles each way on an economy class, roundtrip itinerary.

To be clear, you must book as a roundtrip, so the actual cost is 44,000 miles, plus taxes and fees.

Anyone who’s aware of the taxes and fees situation flying out of London, knows they’re significant. The taxes/fees on the flight from the U.S. are $5.60. But taxes and fees on the leg back to the U.S. will definitely run over $200.

So, while the award price is really nice, you will have to fork over some cash for the trip.
