What Sticks Out to Us

When looking at the first week of travel deals, the primary offering that sticks out is the 20% off deal on Marriott eGift Cards. These gift cards can be used for any Marriott purchase, including stays, effectively providing a 20% discount on your upcoming Marriott charges.

And, as we’ve always said in the past, loyalty points purchases typically only make sense if you need to “top off” your account for an upcoming stay.

Loyalty points offerings this week include, IHG and Hilton points. If you’re eyeing an award redemption at an IHG or Hilton property, but don’t have enough points to get the full trip for free, these deals might make sense.

All Daily Getaways deals go on sale at 1:00 pm ET the day they are listed.

Deal quantities are listed on an individual deal’s page on the Daily Getaways calendar. For popular deals, they will go quickly, so be ready to click the “Buy Now” button right at 1:00 pm.

Actually, if there is any deal in which you’re interested, just to be safe I’d be ready to buy right at 1:00 pm when the deal opens.
