The Dell 10% Off Amex Offer is Back
Update: This post covered the March 2020 Dell Amex Offer that expired 8/31. However, there is another Dell Amex Offer that is good through April 25, 2021, that would be a great option to use this holiday season, especially for Dell’s Black Friday Deals.
The rest of the info below is still relavent and may be beneficial to saving even more on your Dell purchase.
Late last year we saw an Amex Offer providing 10% off your Dell purchase(s). Now it’s back.
If you have this Offer on one of your American Express cards, you should be able to stack it, and other savings opportunities we list below, to save significantly on your Dell purchase(s).
Last year we published a post titled, “A 75″ LG 4K TV for $810 or Less? Yep, It’s Possible When Stacking These Dell Offers,” in which we detailed the various opportunities to save on Dell purchases.
And, for those who aren’t aware, Dell.com sells more than just computers. Think TVs, gaming equipment, home theater equipment and more.
Now that American Express has brought back this Amex Offer – likely only found on Amex small business credit cards, but check your personal cards, too – you can save an additional 10% on your Dell purchase.
Just use your enrolled Amex card to make eligible purchases online at dell.com/amex by 8/31/2020 and get 10% back as a statement credit.
There’s a limit of $1,500 in total statement credits per cardmember that can be received from this Offer.
This Offer may limit the stacking ability somewhat that was outlined in the linked post above.
For instance, since you may need to purchase through the dell.com/amex link, you won’t be able to get the cash back that may be available via cash back shopping portals such as Top Cashback or Ebates/Rakuten.
Although, there have been some reports that similar Amex Offers are triggered just by purchasing at the normal website of the associated retailer. Which would mean you could use a cash back portal, too. Just depends on if you want to gamble or not.
No matter, 10% is still pretty good, especially when stacked with the other savings opportunities we noted such as:
- 10% coupon for signing up for Dell.com emails (may or may not still be available)
- Dell Rewards
- And, potentially, the American Express Business Platinum Card Dell credit – if you have this Offer on this card
