Target Again Offering Two 10% Off Discounts for Veterans, Current Military Personnel and Their Families October 30 – November 12, 2022
|Target, once again this year, is offering veterans, current military personnel and their families a Veterans Day savings promo, providing 10% off 2 separate purchases October 30 – November 12, 2022.
You must add this promo offer to your Target Circle account prior to making the purchases.
If you’re not already a Target Circle member, you can join at this link. A Target Circle membership is absolutely free and can provide other nice savings opportunities throughout the year.
This is a decent deal, and a nice way to acknowledge those who’ve served, and currently serve, America.
The promo is part of Target’s weekly promo flyer, and can be found here. Click the ad and it’ll bring up the promo’s box.
You will have to verify your military eligibility to receive this deal. Verification is done on your Target Circle account Settings page. Use this military verification information page link to quickly jump to the verification page. This is good for military members or his/her dependents.
Once your status is added to your Target account, the savings can be used on in-store and online purchases.
Of course, there are always excluded products with any promotion. We don’t have access to the list yet, but once the promotion is live Sunday, October 30, you should be able to see the excluded products on the promo’s Target Circle link.
Some have benefited from this promotion in the past when purchasing Apple products, which typically are not excluded. Something to consider if you’re in the market for a new Apple product.
Additional Savings
And, if you have a Discover It/More or Chase Freedom/Freedom Flex credit card, you can save an additional 5% on your Target purchase with a little effort.
Discover’s Cashback Bonus this quarter is 5% for digital wallet purchases which include, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay and Garmin Pay. Use the digital wallet of your choice to pay and you’ll earn an additional 5% on top of the 10% veterans discount.
Freedom cardholders will only be able to get the additional 5% if they pay online via PayPal. So, you’re limited to online purchases for earning the extra cash back, but those can still be picked up in-store or via the drive-up option.
With prices continuing to rise on just about everything, this is a nice opportunity for current military, veterans and their families to save on two upcoming shopping trips at Target.
Please share with a veteran that you know.
