SiriusXM Memorial Day 2023 Free Listening Event May 25 – June 5

SiriusXM radio is again offering a free listening event this Memorial Day 2023 period.

SiriusXM offers these free listening deals at various times throughout the year as a way to entice previous subscribers to come back.

There’s nothing to do, if you have a SiriusXM radio, simply turn it on, select your favorite channel, and enjoy free satellite radio through June 5.

It looks as though this free listening event is only available on in-vehicle radios…streaming via a computer or the siriusXM app appears to be excluded.

Restarting Your Subscription

If, after the free listening period, you feel the desire to reactivate your subscription, please don’t do it at full price.  

There are plenty of SiriusXM subscription deals out there that will give you access at a much lower price point than you’ll find signing up on the SiriusXM website without a promo.

The typical deal, available to just about everyone, is $5 per month for 12 months of the Music & Entertainment plan. Tax and fees will add a few dollars per month to that price, but it’s still a pretty good deal.

Some prior subscribers may be able to get a 3 or 5-year deal for $128 and $180, respectively. You can read our post on these deals at this link.

Once subscription deals end, a call to customer service (or Chat) should get you a much better annual price. You just have to be okay saying “no” a few times until the customer service rep brings up a subscription deal you’re comfortable with. Don’t take the first, or even the second offer that’s given.
