Target offers sign-up promos on its Target RedCard a few times each year. As we’ve begun 2021, Target is offering a decent sign-up deal which provides new Target RedCard applicants $50 off a $100 or more future Target purchase as a sign-up bonus.

Target RedCard Sign-Up Promo
This is the first Target RedCard sign-up promo for 2021, and I guarantee it won’t be the last.
That’s not to advocate waiting, rather, just to let you know if now isn’t the time for you to apply, there will be additional opportunities as the year progresses.
Future promos may, or may not, be better than this sign-up deal.
This specific promo provides approved applicants for either the Target RedCard credit card or debit card a coupon good for $50 off a future qualifying purchase of $100 or more.
Applications can be in-store or online at Target.com/RedCard.
This promotion runs now through February 21, 2021.
The coupon will be mailed to approved cardholders with their RedCard and will be valid through 3/27/21.
There are a number of items that are excluded from the $50 coupon…you can see the full list under the RedCard Benefits & Program Rules “$50 off for new RedCard holders” info bullet found on the page links above and below or squint to read the text below.
But, if your Target purchases are along the lines of household products, groceries, most clothing, etc., you should be fine using the $50 coupon.
