ScoreBig Lets You Earn Southwest Rapid Reward Points on Ticket Purchases

ScoreBig, an online ticket seller focused on helping “fans save on tickets to all their favorite live events,” has partnered with Southwest Airlines to offer Rapid Rewards points on ticket purchases.

According to ScoreBig’s site, Rapid Rewards Members now earn up to 22 points per dollar spent on sports, concert, and theater tickets.

For a limited time, you can earn an additional 1,000 bonus points on your first ticket purchase from ScoreBig.

Here are a few examples of event tickets and their corresponding Southwest point earnings.

Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus

Chicago Cubs vs. Milwaukee Brewers

Billy Joel Concert

Not sure if the ticket prices are any better than you can find elsewhere – I’ll leave that up to you to decide. But, if you want to purchase tickets to an event, and have the opportunity to earn Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards points in the process, this is it.

The question that still needs to be answered…do these points count toward the Southwest Airlines Companion Pass?
