It’s Back – An Amex Offer for Target and Walmart

As elusive as the white whale, a unicorn or Bigfoot, this Amex Offer for Target and Walmart has finally reappeared.

While the Offer only states “Select Superstores” on its main section, the fine print is more specific, listing Target and Walmart as the stores at which the Offer applies.

So, you can use this Offer to save $5 on purchases of $50 or more when you use the American Express card on which you’ve loaded it to pay.

While not a huge savings, it provides a 10% discount when your total bill is close to that $50 mark.

This Offer does allow for 2 separate $5 statement credits, so you’ll be able to use it twice to save $10 total.

The Offer is valid only on eligible purchases made directly with Target and Walmart at their U.S. locations, on their U.S. websites and via their U.S. mobile apps.

There are exclusions of which to be aware, so log in to your American Express account(s) and check the fine print before purchasing – or squint to read the Offer Terms below.

Enrollment is limited for this Target/Walmart Amex Offer, so add it to one of your Amex cards sooner, rather than later, to avoid having all available Offers taken before you can load it.

The Offer expires 10/15/2020, so you have plenty of time to use both $5 statement credits on your every day grocery, household essentials, etc. purchases.
