Many of us have 4K televisions thanks to aggressive marketing by the TV manufacturers.
The reality is, there is very little actual 4K content available to take advantage of the 4K abilities of these TVs.
DirecTV, however, seems to be offering this year's Super Bowl in 4K on channel 105.
Now, I'm not an expert in the technical aspects of all this, so I'm hoping readers who are can chime in with info.
If you don't have special (4K) DirecTV receivers, will you still be able to view the Super Bowl in 4K?
Either way, I'll still probably switch between channel 105 and the regular Fox channel to see if there's a discernible difference.
Thanks for any info readers can provide.
