Here are the full terms associated with this promotion.

Spend $50, Get $25 eGC (10/31-11/6)

• The promotion ends Saturday, November 6th, 2021 at 11:59pm PST.
• No promotion code is necessary.
• The Promotional Card will be sent via email, to the email address attached to the qualifying order. The email will be delivered on or before Friday, November 12th, 2021.
• In order to qualify for the $25 Promotional Card, the order must meet the minimum order subtotal of $50. Subtotal refers to amount of order before taxes and shipping and after all promotions.
• The $25 Promotional Card is valid from Sunday, November 21, 2021 at 12:00 AM EST until Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 11:59 PM PST.

So, a $60 purchase will max this Offer out, and will not affect this Petco eGift Card promotion since the savings is in the form of a statement credit posted to your Chase credit card account a few days after the purchase.
