Amazon is offering Prime members the Showtime channel for $0.99 for the first month, then $10.99 each month thereafter.
If you like the connection to your Amazon account, then that's a reason to consider this Prime offer.
However, you can do much better if you want to check out Showtime's movies and shows. Showtime.com is offering 30-days free followed by $8.99 per month for life. The "for life" deal is for "continuous monthly subscriptions that are redeemed and first started during the Nov 2020-Jan 2021 Offer Period."
The Amazon Prime deal's not bad, but the showtime.com deal's better, especially if you're thinking of paying for a few months or so.
