PetSmart is offering a 15% savings on its gift cards – both digital and physical cards – now through December 31, 2021 when the Promo Code: HOLIDAY is used at checkout.
This is a good deal, allowing you to save at least 15% on your future PetSmart purchases by pre-purchasing gift cards and using those gift cards when you’re ready to place your next PetSmart order.
The 15% discount is only valid online now through December 31, 2021.

As is always the case, you can earn cash back or reward miles/points when you click through a shopping portal to get to the PetSmart site.
You should be able to earn cash back/points on the gift card purchase.
And then again when you use the gift card to pay for your next PetSmart purchase.

CREDIT CARD OFFERS
Additionally, Chase, American Express and Citi credit cards, in addition to a few other banks, occasionally have money-saving Offers that, when added to a specific credit card, and that credit card is used to pay at the Offer’s retailer, provide a statement credit in the amount specified on that Offer.
Chase recently had a PetSmart Offer that provides a 10% savings up to $7 that may still be available on some Chase credit cards. Check your Chase account(s) to see if you have it as an option and then use that credit card to buy the discounted PetSmart gift card to save even more.
