I was doing a little site "housekeeping"/research and noticed a coupon link from a long-ago Jersey Mike's post showed a coupon that was valid until February 8, 2021.  With a start date of December 19, 2019!  They must have updated the coupon along the way since I'm sure I would have noticed such an extended valid period when first writing about the discount.

Anyway, it looks like you can use this coupon for $2 off any Jersey Mike's sub now through February 8, 2021.

The downside - it's a coupon that requires that it be used in-store, whether by printing the coupon out or showing on your phone.  No app or online ordering and pickup option with this deal.
