HBO Max is again available as one of the Channels that is offered on Prime Video.

While there are no current lower-priced promotions for HBO Max...or any Prime Video Channel for that matter...it does open the possibility for discounts in the future.

And, if you have a show, movie or series you want to see and could binge in 7 days, that is an option with Prime Video as HBO Max comes with a 7-day free trial.  While free trials are normal for most streaming platforms, HBO Max is one that doesn't offer free trials on the HBO Max platform itself.  So, this is a benefit for those who just want to catch a show or two and are okay doing it in 7 days.

If you decide to sign up for the HBO Max free trial, or subscribe for a longer period, you can manage your channel subscription(s) and cancel at this link.  Which includes canceling prior to the end of the 7-day free trial to avoid being charged.

Any Channel subscription will be billed to your preferred payment method on your Amazon account.

But, Prime No Rush Credits can also be used to pay for Prime Video purchases, which includes Channel subscriptions.  So if you've accumulated any No Rush Credits (which can be checked at this link) keep in mind those can be used to pay, too.
