An important point - the same day delivery aspect of this promo is through Instacart, and many (most? all?) items will be marked up because of that.
Depending on what you want to purchase, it may be more economical to just use your Costco membership and its reduced club pricing.
That said, you likely will be able to find deals, even with increased pricing, that'll make this promo worthwhile. Just might take some effort.
