Chase Marriott Credit Cards Offering increased Bonuses (Plus a Link to the Old Offer If Interested_
Quote from Savings Beagle on February 10, 2023, 10:30 amThe Chase Marriott Bonvoy Boundless card is offering 100,000 points as its bonus and the no annual fee Marriott Bold card is offering 60,000 points with this increased sign-up bonus promotion.
These are by no means the best sign-up bonuses we've seen for these cards - check our previous Marriott card posts in this topic for examples - but it's the increased offers that Chase is promoting at this time. If you want or need Marriott points, or want to add a Marriott card to your card arsenal, this is an opportunity.
Free Night Certificates Instead
Previous Marriott Boundless card offers have provided a number of free nights instead of points. Depending on your view, these can be more lucrative than a points bonus. The last Marriott Boundless card bonus was 3 free night awards (50,000 points per award certificate) after spending $3,000 in the first three months from card approval. Marriott is now allowing points to be added to free night award certificates - up to an extra 15,000 points - to "top off" and get a free night at a higher priced property. Thus making these free night award certificates a bit more valuable. If you prefer this sign-up bonus, you can still access it via our referral link here. That may change soon, though. Thank you if you use our referral link to apply. *Don't apply for the no annual fee card via our referral link...the latest bonus is much better.
Here are the latest increased bonus offers if free nights are not your preference.

Important Application Information
These are Chase cards, meaning they're subject to Chase's 5/24 approval restrictions. If you've been approved for 5 or more credit cards from any bank in the last 24 months, you will not be approved for this, or any, Chase credit card.
Additionally, due to both Chase and American Express offering Marriott credit cards, significant other restrictions apply for getting approved for the card, as well as being eligible for the sign-up bonus. I'll copy and paste those restrictions from the Chase Offer Terms.
This credit card is not available to you if (1) you currently have any of the following cards or (2) you received a new cardmember bonus for any of the following cards within the last 24 months: Marriott Bonvoy® Premier credit card, Marriott Rewards® Premier credit card, Marriott Bonvoy Boundless® credit card, Marriott Rewards® Premier Plus credit card, Marriott Bonvoy Bold® credit card.
The new cardmember bonus is not available to you if (1) you currently have or had any of the following cards within the last 30 days: Marriott Bonvoy® American Express® Card, The Starwood Preferred Guest® Credit Card from American Express; or if (2) you applied and were approved for any of the following cards within the last 90 days or (3) received a new cardmember bonus or upgrade bonus for any of the following cards within the last 24 months: Marriott Bonvoy Business® American Express® Card, Starwood Preferred Guest® Business Credit Card from American Express, Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant® American Express® Card, Starwood Preferred Guest® American Express Luxury Card, Marriott Bonvoy Bevy™ American Express® Card.
As you can see, both Chase and American Express issue Marriott credit cards, and the rules as to sign-up bonus and card eligibility can get confusing.
If you've never held a Marriott credit card, it's not an issue.
If you have had any other Marriott credit card, read the above restrictions carefully so you don't make an application for nothing.
While 100,000 points (or 60,000) may sound good, you have to consider Marriott's award pricing and exactly what 100,000 points will get you. If you're not familiar with Marriott's award structure, do a few searches for Marriott properties you might be interested in to see what award pricing looks like. Make sure to "check" the "Use Points/Awards" box when searching.
The Boundless card - and potentially the Bold - does have value, especially if you're looking for a way to add to your Marriott Bonvoy balance.
Just be aware of Marriott's award program and redemption options, as well as Chase's significant restrictions for getting these cards and their sign-up bonuses, before making an application.
No end date is noted for these increased offers at this point.
