I guess it's a way to get you to purchase holiday candy via Amazon.

It's not exactly clear if you need to purchase from the listed items at the link below, or if any M&Ms/Mars Wrigley purchase will trigger the deal.  To be safe, I'd lean toward the items shown at the link below.
