The promotion will end on the earlier of (a) 11:59 PT on 10/14/2020, or (b) the time at which 40,000 customers have redeemed the offer.
Offer applies only to the purchase...of eligible products, where Membership Rewards points are used for at least a portion of the purchase and the promotion is applied at checkout.
Offer only applies to products shipped and sold by Amazon.com. Products sold by third-party sellers or other Amazon entities will not qualify for this offer, even if they are "fulfilled by Amazon.com" or "Prime Eligible".
Since the end date is October 14, the last day of Prime Day(s), this is obviously targeting Prime Day(s) purchases. Although, since there's a number limit on redemptions (as usual with these promos), you might want to use it sooner rather than later if you have if available.
Or gamble for a really good deal on Prime Day(s) to stack with this Amex savings opportunity to make out like a bandit.
