As with any of these Amazon / credit card promotions, the only way to know if it's available on your account is the click the deal link.

This promo offers select American Express cardholders (Membership Rewards earning cards) who change their Amex card to Amazon's default payment option (1-click) a $10 credit on a purchase of an item/items sold and shipped by Amazon.com.

The terms state it is only for customers who were served an advertisement.  But, that's not always true.  Below is the link to try to see if it's on your account.

If it doesn't work, go into your Amazon payment section and remove or add your Amex card as the 1-click default payment option.  That may bring up the $10 credit banner advertisement on your Amazon account.

Then, follow the Terms below to redeem.

This promotional offer is available only to customers who were served an advertisement and to purchases made with an eligible American Express® Card. Complete the following actions to claim the offer:

1. Click on the ad promoting this offer.

2. On the 1-Click landing page, sign in to your Amazon.com account.

3. Change your 1-Click default payment method to an American Express Card by the earlier of 11:59 p.m. PT on November 25, 2020 or while supplies last.

4. When prompted, ensure your American Express Card’s billing address is accurate by either confirming your billing address or adding a new billing address.

5. After steps 1-4 are completed, the $10 credit will be applied to your Amazon.com account.

6. To redeem the credit, make subsequent eligible purchase(s) with your eligible American Express Card by 11:59 p.m. on December 25, 2020.

This promotional offer is valid for a limited time only from 12:00 a.m. PT on October 8, 2020 through the earlier of 11:59 p.m. PT on November 25, 2020 or while supplies last.

Once you make the change and get the $10 credit, you can change your default payment card back to whatever you want it to be.
