Amazon Wedding Registry Discount
Quote from Savings Beagle on February 6, 2020, 10:45 amI wouldn't say this is such a fantastic offer that you should go out of your way to register on Amazon. But, if you're going to have your wedding registry on Amazon, this is a deal to keep in mind.
This is from the deal's page (bolding is ours):
For qualifying Amazon Wedding registrants, after your event (wedding) date, enjoy a one-time 20% discount for Prime members or a one-time 10% discount for non-Prime members on select items shipped and sold by Amazon.com.
For Prime members:
- Registrants that have received $500 or more in purchases from their Amazon Wedding Registry will receive a 20% Wedding Gift discount that may be used only one time for one order of up to an aggregate of $1,500 USD (a maximum discount of up to $300 USD for Prime members).
For non-Prime members:
- Registrants that have received $500 or more in purchases from their Amazon Wedding Registry will receive a 10% Wedding Gift discount that may be used only one time for one order of up to an aggregate of $1,000 USD (a maximum discount of up to $100 USD for non-Prime members).
Offer expires 11:59 p.m. PT 90 days after your event date. This Wedding Gift offer applies only to select items shipped and sold by Amazon.com. It does not apply to the same items sold by other sellers. Restrictions apply, see terms and conditions.

As I mentioned above, I'm not sure the 20%/10% off discount on items shipped and sold by Amazon is worth putting your wedding registry on Amazon.
However, if you're planning on using Amazon for your wedding registry anyway, this is a good promo to keep in mind.
