The regular deal is a $10 savings, making the price $90, but when the Promo Code is added, you'll save an additional $2.
For those who use Instacart for their shopping needs, it's an easy way to save 10% or 12%.

And, specific to how Instacart and gift cards work...
There have been issues with using Instacart discounts (that are sent to entice you to use the service, eg. $10 off an order, $20 off next two orders, etc.) in conjunction with a gift card. Some say to wait to add the gift card to your Instacart account until after adding an Instacart savings offer.
And, I've found once an order is started, you can't add a gift card and use that to pay for that already-begun order. The already started order will use the payment method on file at the time the order was started.
Luckily, going forward, the gift card balance on your Instacart account will be used to pay for orders until it is gone.
