10% Off Petco eGift Cards During Cyber Week
Petco is offering 10% off eGift Cards during Cyber Week. I'm not sure what Petco considers Cyber Week exactly, but I'm guessing through Friday, maybe Saturday?
If you really want to get in on this deal, though, I'd probably buy today just to be safe.
As with any gift card deal, yes, you can buy these for someone else as a gift, saving 10% in the process.

While I'm not sure a cash back/points earning portal will work since it looks like Cashstar is the entity providing the gift cards, it's worth a try going through a portal first.
