• During the Offer Term, guests may purchase any designated Lunch Special and one slice of any designated Cheesecake for $15.00, while supplies last.
• To qualify, a purchase order must be placed before 3:00 p.m. (local time) via DoorDash.com or the DoorDash App for pick-up or delivery from a Participating Restaurant that same day. “Participating Restaurant” means any The Cheesecake Factory restaurant in the United States of America (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Clearwater, FL) from which delivery or pickup is available through DoorDash.  
• “Offer Term” means December 7, 2020 through and including December 11, 2020, or until earlier terminated by The Cheesecake Factory.
• “Lunch Special” means any item from the “Lunch Specials” section of the menu.  
• “Cheesecake” means any cheesecake listed on the menu other than Peppermint Bark Cheesecake. *Oh well.
