DirecTV Telemarketing Lawsuit – Are You Eligible for a Multi-Hundred Dollar Settlement Payment?
|According to the settlement agreement of a lawsuit, Vance v. DirecTV, people who received telemarketing calls from a certain DirecTV dealer are eligible for a settlement payment.
The class action lawsuit claimed that DirecTV’s dealer, AC1, made telemarketing calls to people whose numbers were on the National Do Not Call Registry without consent.
Those who received these specific calls – approximately 113,000 telephone numbers – can submit a Claim Form.
The lawsuit settlement of $16.85 million will be used to pay claims – an estimated minimum payment of $324, and an estimated average of over $464 for those whose numbers were on the Do Not Call Registry, but still received calls – as well as other lawsuit associated costs.
