*Update September 2, 2023 – DirecTV will be offering an HBO and Cinemax free preview September 15-18, 2023.

All you need to do to take advantage of this free weekend of Showtime is tune to channels 545-557 (may be different for some subscribers) and enjoy.

You should also be able to view the Showtime preview via the DirecTV App and at directv.com if you’re using a mobile device.

  • Patriot’s Day
  • Baby Driver

And, if you have a DVR, you can record as many free preview programs as you like to watch at a later date.  Just because the free preview ends, doesn’t mean your recorded movies/shows go away.  Once recorded, you have them saved until you delete them.
