DirecTV HBO and Cinemax Holiday Free Preview Begins Christmas Eve, December 24 and Runs Through December 31, 2021

DirecTV is offering a Holiday Free Preview of HBO and Cinemax.

The premium channels will be available beginning Christmas Eve, December 24 through Friday, December 31, 2021.

All you need to do to take advantage of this Holiday Free Preview is tune to channels 501-523 (may be different for some subscribers) and enjoy.

DVR for Later Viewing

Many may be involved with other activities during this period, so be sure to utilize your DVR if you see programming you don’t want to miss.

As far as we know, DVRing free preview programming to watch at later dates is still an option.

Wrap Up

DirecTV offered a nice free preview feast over the Thanksgiving weekend, and now it’s providing access to HBO and Cinemax for the upcoming holiday week.

Maybe it’s a combination of Omicron and holiday cheer? Or possibly a result of the new ownership partnership that was finalized last spring? No matter, it’s a nice offering whatever the reason.
