DirecTV Free Showtime and The Movie Channel Preview March 19 – 26, 2020
|DirecTV is offering a free Showtime and The Movie Channel preview beginning today, March 19, 2020, and running through March 26, 2020.
See our updated post at this link for all the current free channel additions DirecTV is offering, as well as upcoming premium channel free previews, as a result of coronavirus.
All you need to do to take advantage of this free weeklong period of premium channels is tune to channels 545-555 (may be different for some subscribers) and enjoy.
DVR for Later Viewing
If you have a DVR, you can record as many free preview programs as you like to watch at a later date. Just because the free preview ends, doesn’t mean your recorded movies/shows go away. Once recorded, you have them saved until you delete them.
Wrap Up
Enjoy all Showtime and The Movie Channel have to offer during this 7-day period, absolutely free thanks to DirecTV’s free preview.
While this post is specific to DirecTV there are many other pay-TV providers who may be giving subscribers a free preview of these premium channels, too.
So if you know someone who isn’t a DirecTV subscriber, let them know they may be getting a free preview, as well.
And don’t forget to DVR free preview programs you want to see, but just don’t have the time to sit and watch, for your future viewing pleasure.
Although, considering the social distancing many of us are involved in, not having the time to watch may not be an issue.
