Costco Membership Deals
There are a few Costco membership deals currently available that can not only save you money on the membership, but on Costco purchases too.
Costco membership deals are for new members only. These deals are not valid for renewal of an existing Costco membership or an upgrade of an existing membership to an Executive Membership. And, a new member is considered someone who has not had a Costco membership in the past 18 months.
However, a spouse, significant other, etc., should be able to sign up for these deals to take advantage for a household, as long as he/she has not been a Costco member in the last 18 months.
And, one more thing to consider during these Covid-19 days, memberships must be activated in-store.

The first Costco membership deal is through Costco itself and is better than nothing, but not a great deal on its own.
Purchase a Costco Membership Activation Certificate and receive a Costco Shop Card that can be used at any of Costco’s warehouses, gas stations and online at Costco.com.

UPS My Choice Deals
The second Costco membership deal is through UPS My Choice Deals.
You should be able to purchase through UPS My Choice Deals without being a UPS My Choice member. If the purchase doesn’t work for you, joining UPS My Choice is free and only takes a few minutes to register.
You can join UPS My Choice at this link. It does offer some nice benefits at no charge if you ever receive UPS deliveries.
Then purchase a new Costco membership through the UPS My Choice Deals link below and you’ll receive a $30 Costco Shop Card whether you purchase a Gold Star Membership or Gold Star Executive Membership.
Again, this membership deal provides a Costco Membership Activation Certificate that must then be activated in-store at Costco.

Whether it’s a $10, $20, or $30 Costco Shop Card for joining Costco, that’s a direct savings off your future Costco purchases.
And, effectively, a savings off your Costco membership fee.
However, you can save even more with one last Costco membership deal.
Dosh Costco Membership $20 Cash Back Deal
Earlier this week we wrote about Dosh, the cash back earning app, offering $20 cash back on Costco memberships – new or renewal.

This Dosh $20 cash back deal should stack with either the Costco Shop Card or the UPS My Choice Costco Shop Card deals above.
Just make sure the credit card you use to purchase your Costco membership is added to your Dosh account.
Once the purchase is made, you should earn the $20 cash back that’s currently being offered by Dosh.
Just keep in mind, you must earn $25 cash back total in your Dosh account before it can be redeemed. So, you’ll need to earn another $5 of cash back to actually get your Dosh cash back money.
And, the $20 cash back deal is for a limited time. If you want to take advantage of the Dosh deal, do so sooner rather than later.

It’s rare that Costco offers membership deals.
But, there are currently a few membership deals that can be taken advantage of to save you some money.
Costco itself is offering Costco Shop Cards for its memberships.
And if you purchase a Costco membership through UPS My Choice Deals, you’ll get a $30 Costco Shop Card.
Finally, if you set up a Dosh account and take advantage of its currently being offered $20 cash back deal on Costco memberships, that will add up to a nice chuck of cash back in your pocket, especially when stacked with one of the other two deals.
