Bed Bath & Beyond Offering Its Beyond+ Membership Free Through December 31, 2022

Bed, Bath & Beyond began offering its Beyond+ membership program a while back.  We’ve seen a few free trial offerings of Beyond+ since its inception, likely an effort to boost its membership base.

And, now there’s another, providing a complimentary membership to Beyond+ through December 31, 2022.

If Bed, Bath & Beyond is a regular stop for your shopping trips, this could be a good deal, especially considering the free membership stretches over the major 2022 holidays.

Here’s a quick overview of the Beyond+ program.

The Beyond+ program regularly prices at $29 per year and provides the following benefits.

• 20% off your ENTIRE purchase made at U.S. Bed Bath & Beyond stores(Alaska, PR and Hawaii excluded), and online at www.bedbathandbeyond.com during your year of membership (subject to certain exclusions which can always be found in our program Terms & Conditions).
• FREE standard shipping with online purchase of most items at www.bedbathandbeyond.com during your year of membership
• 50% off Decorist design services
• Exclusive offers and member shopping events
• Dedicated 800#

Previously, purchases at BuyBuy Baby, Harmon Face Values, Decorist, and Bed Bath & Beyond Canadian stores or websites were not eligible for benefits.  However, that may not be the case now. There’s one report that benefits are available at BuyBuy Baby…although, that may be an isolated incident. Try it and see for yourself, but don’t be surprised if the Beyond+ benefits don’t work.

Reports indicate that even if you’ve taken advantage of previous Beyond+ free trials, you will be able to sign up for this Beyond+ free trial.

If for some reason it does not work, maybe try using a different email address for your Beyond+ account from what you’ve used in the past.

Enrollment for the free trial promotion is good now through December 31, 2022. Obviously, though, you’ll want to sign up as soon as you can to enjoy the benefits for as long as you can.

Remember, the free trial membership will end on December 31, at which time the membership will automatically be renewed January 1, 2023, for a year’s membership pricing at $29.

How to Cancel

You can cancel prior to December 31 to avoid continuing the Beyond+ membership and being charged the $29 annual fee.

In fact, some who’ve taken advantage of previous Beyond+ free trials have reported you can cancel right after joining and still have the free trial membership through the end date – in this case December 31, 2022.

Per the Beyond+ info page, here’s how to cancel.

“Don’t want to auto-enroll? No problem! Just log into your Bed Bath & Beyond account 24h hours before your renewal date and change your renewal status in Manage Membership. Or call customer service at 1-866-532-6826 before your renewal date.”

There are brand exclusions associated with Beyond+, so check the fine print before you purchase some items.

And, finally, reports indicate that dollar-off coupons can be used online with a Beyond+ membership, but will not stack with the 20% off.  The larger discount will apply.  So, you do have some saving flexibility with the program.
