American Express Cardholders Can Get a Free 6-Month Subscription to SiriusXM Radio’s Streaming Platinum Plan

If you are an American Express credit card holder, you can get a free 6-month subscription to SiriusXM radio’s streaming Platinum plan.

Keep in mind, this is for streaming only, not subscriptions tied to a SiriusXM car radio.

But, streaming subscriptions can be played via smartphones over car radios as long as you’re okay with the data it will use when off of Wi-Fi.

You can view the Platinum plan’s channel guide at this link.

You must be a new SiriusXM subscriber to a streaming-only plan to take advantage of this deal. The term “new subscriber” has different meanings with different providers, though. Likely, if you’re not a current streaming subscriber, you can jump on this free trial promotion.

This offer expires December 31, 2022.

To Redeem

To redeem the offer, you must click through this webpage from a US IP address, verify eligibility by logging in to your American Express Card Account and then sign up for a SiriusXM Streaming Platinum subscription on the SiriusXM Website.

After your 6 Month Free trial period concludes, your Streaming Platinum subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged monthly at the then current rate (currently $10.99/month, plus fees and taxes) unless and until you cancel your subscription.

Cancel

You can cancel by calling 1-866-635-2349.

You should also be able to negotiate a lower rate should you want to keep the service when calling the number above.

Never pay full price for SiriusXM service! They’ll always offer a better deal than the published rates. It just might take a few “no thanks” to prices until you get the deal that’s right for you.

Wrap Up

As long as you’re okay with scheduling a cancellation call for six months from the free trial activation, this is a pretty good deal for American Express credit card holders.

Get a free 6-month trial of the SiriusXM streaming Platinum plan when activating through this Amex link.

Just remember to cancel/negotiate a better deal when the six months are up.
